Fairmount Park - Horse Races

AND we are off to the horse races at Fairmount Park in Collinsville, Illinois. We will enjoy lunch and the races at the First Turn Café. The First Turn Café has waitress service and is located track-side on the first floor.

The cast sings some of the best music of the twentieth century, in fabulous four-part harmony arranged by Rick Lewis, creator of the Taffetas. The comedy and music flow fast and furious, from recreations of Abbott & Costello's famous "Who's on First," to the Andrew's Sisters and even Spike Jones" hilarious sound effects spectacular "Cocktails for Two."

Twilight Riverboat

Need a relaxing trip, then join us for this adventure! Our first stop will be The Machine Shed, in Davenport, Iowa for a delicious lunch. We will head to Le Claire, Iowa to visit their shops, wineries, breweries and the American Pickers Store, Antique Archaeology.
On Tuesday we will board the Riverboat Twilight. Our Captain will be our guide to the wildlife, valley landscapes and historic river towns. We will enjoy live entertainment, games, two snacks, lunch and dinner before arriving in Dubuque, Iowa. We will spend the evening at Grand Harbor Resort.
Wednesday we will enjoy breakfast at Tony Roma's. After breakfast you will have time to explore Dubuque's history, architecture, shopping and other attractions before we re-board the Twilight for our return journey. Lunch, mid-afternoon snack, entertainment and dinner will be served as we make our way back to Le Claire.
